At Uppermill Therapies we specialise in Sports, Deep Tissue Massage and Holistic Therapies. Our team are qualified, insured and experienced in their own fields.

We are situated in the centre of Uppermill and provide treatments for clients from a large catchment including Uppermill, Saddleworth, Mossley, Tameside & Oldham areas. We work with local running clubs, golf clubs, gyms, tennis and squash clubs. We see walkers, runners, swimmers.

We provide treatments for back & neck problems, any muscular injury, stressed people, clients with driving and desk jobs, general tension causing physical symptoms. We have a team of professional therapists who work throughout the week.

Each appointment will have a consultation with the therapist to ascertain exactly what treatment is needed and a treatment plan if required.
