A medium pressure general relaxing massage for any person. This treatment can release general tension in the muscles so is beneficial for stress-related conditions, tension headaches, back ache, aching & tight legs. Organic oil is used for the massage.
 
A 30 minute treatment will include:

• Consultation
• 30 mins back or legs massage

 
A 60 minute treatment will include:

• Consultation
• Back & shoulders massage
• Legs back & front
• Feet & ankles

 
 A 90 minute treatment will include:

• Consultation
• Back & shoulder massage
• Legs back & front
• Arms and hands
• Neck & chest

After care advice will be given and a weekly or fortnightly treatment if required. Your therapist will advise you on this.
